How soon before my event should I contact Audubon Ensembles?

There is no set cut off date for arranging to have us provide the music for your occasion. Advance notice is suggested for special music requests. This can require additional preparation.

What will the musicians require at the location of my event?

We ask that a flat, armless chair be provided for each musician contracted to perform. If the setting will be dimly lit, please tell us and we will supply stand lights that will not interfere with the mood.

What is the attire for Audubon Ensembles?

Men will wear a tuxedo and women will wear long black, unless you indicate that you would prefer more casual attire.

How do we choose the music to be performed?

We will be happy to schedule an appointment to select music to suit your wedding ceremony.

How much does it cost to hire Audubon Ensembles?

Rates vary depending on the number of musicians that will be performing and the duration of the event. Please see our contact page if you would like to request a quote for your event.

Will Audubon Ensembles perform an outdoor event?

We will happily perform outdoors, but our instruments are fragile and we ask that you have an indoor location as an alternative in case of inclement weather. Also, we prefer to avoid direct sunlight on the instruments for both musical and instrument care reasons. So, if there is a shady spot at the site of your outdoor wedding, that is a good place for us to set up.
